Steve has a bachelor’s degree in Business Information Technology from the University of Portsmouth and joined Temple in 2016. He has a wealth of experience in marketing project management, website development and knowledge of the insurance industry.
In his role as Marketing Manager, Steve combines a pragmatic and realistic approach with his creative and organisational skills in developing and implementing the company’s marketing activities, business development projects and promotional campaigns.
He works closely with the Underwriting departments and external agencies and has been involved in many significant projects including the ongoing implementation of the company’s promotional activities, refining and enhancing the Temple corporate identity, designing new literature and the implementation of targeted business development plans with his colleagues.
A particular focus of Steve’s attention is the maintenance and development of the company websites and other online marketing activities. This includes preparing the highly regarded regular e-newsletters and e-shots from the Underwriting departments and online advertising campaigns.
Steve also continues to support his colleagues by providing IT support when required, ensuring the business systems are running smoothly.
